The basis on which you use CardBuyer. In short: we are a directory, the dealer is who you deal with, and nothing here is a valuation of your card.
CardBuyer is operated by Resku Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15482235, of 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
CardBuyer is a directory. We list dealers who buy trading cards and publish a record of purchases they have made through the platform. We are not a party to any sale. We do not take possession of cards, we do not handle payment between you and a dealer, we do not act as your agent or the dealer’s, and we do not broker, insure or guarantee any transaction.
There is no account to create and nothing to pay. You can use the site without giving us anything about yourself, and you are never obliged to accept an offer.
Any offer for a card is made by the dealer, on their own terms. If you accept one, the agreement is between you and that dealer, and any question about payment, postage, loss in transit, condition or a dispute is between the two of you. We will help where we reasonably can, but we have no power to compel a dealer to do anything and cannot adjudicate between you.
The submission itself happens on cardbuyer.app, which we also operate and which has its own terms covering what you send there.
Every figure on this site describes something that already happened: a card a dealer bought, on a date, for a price. It is not a valuation, a quote, an offer, or a prediction of what your card is worth or what anyone will pay for it. Two cards that look identical can be worth very different amounts, and what a dealer paid last month is not what they will pay today.
Do not treat anything here as financial, investment or trading advice. Trading cards are not a regulated investment, prices move, and we make no claim about what any card will be worth in future.
Purchase data comes from real transactions made through the platform — dealers do not type their own numbers into this site. Card details are then extracted automatically from what was submitted, so a title, player, set or grade can be wrong even when the sale behind it is right. We correct errors when we find them and when they are reported, but we cannot warrant that every field on every card is accurate, and the site is provided as it stands.

Dealers are identity-checked before appearing here and stay listed only while they are actively buying. That check confirms a dealer is who they say they are. It is not a guarantee of their conduct, their solvency, the offers they make, or the outcome of any particular transaction, and it is not a recommendation to sell to them.
We can add, suspend or remove any dealer at our discretion, including for conduct that would make selling to them unsafe. Removing a dealer does not affect any agreement you have already made with them.
You may read, search and share CardBuyer freely, and link to any page on it. You may not scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the site or its data, whether by automated means or otherwise; republish substantial parts of it as your own; attempt to interfere with the site or gain access to any part not intended for you; or use it in a way that breaks the law or misleads anyone about who is behind an offer.
The design, text, structure and compiled purchase data on this site belong to Resku Solutions Limited or are used with permission. Card photographs are supplied by the people and dealers who submitted them and remain theirs; they are shown here to illustrate a purchase that took place. Card manufacturers’, teams’ and players’ names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the cards. If you believe something here infringes your rights, email hello@cardbuyer.app and we will deal with it promptly.
Pressing “Sell to” takes you to a dealer’s own site or submission flow. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or how they handle your information. Their privacy policy applies once you are there, not ours.
We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will always be available, complete or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including any dealer listing or published figure — without notice.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Beyond that, and because this is a free directory rather than a party to your sale, we are not responsible for a dealer’s acts or omissions, for any offer made or not made, for any loss arising from a decision you took on the basis of a published figure, or for indirect or consequential loss. We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
These terms will change as the service does, and the date at the top of this page moves when they do. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms; if a change materially affects you, we will say so here rather than absorb it quietly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
