The basis on which you use CardBuyer.

These terms are not final. They describe how the service is intended to work, but they have not been through legal review and should not be relied on. If anything here matters to a decision you are making, email hello@cardbuyer.co.uk and ask.

What CardBuyer is

CardBuyer is a directory. We list verified dealers and publish a record of purchases made through the platform. We are not a party to any sale, we do not take possession of cards, and we do not handle payment between you and a dealer.

Offers come from dealers, not from us

Any offer for a card is made by the dealer, on their terms. Accepting one forms an agreement between you and them. Sale figures published here describe past purchases and are not a valuation, a quote, or a prediction of what your card is worth.

Accuracy

Purchase data comes from transactions made through the platform, and card details are extracted automatically from what dealers submit. We correct errors when we find them, but we cannot warrant that every field on every card is right.

Dealer listings

Dealers are identity-checked before being listed, and can be removed at our discretion — including for conduct that would make selling to them unsafe. Verification is not a guarantee of any particular outcome in a transaction.

Changes

These terms will change as the service does. The date at the top reflects the last update.
